Wow! What an incredible, humbling and exciting experience it was to have my life laid out before me through the guidance and wisdom of my Life Coach. The process of completing a Life Plan is amazing - but even beyond. I now have renewed direction and purpose.

When I was preparing for my Life Plan session with Carolyn Reynolds, I thought "I really don't need this". So I was thoroughly thrilled and surprised with the outcome I experienced: The Life Plan truly gave me a different perspective of my past, present and probable future. What I learned is - if I allow a devastating despair over a loss, write the script for my future, I'll be unhappy, unfulfilled and useless to my family, friends, and God. The Life Plan has shown me I do have the power to choose my ending, not circumstances, whether good or Bad), but how I choose to let them effect me. I am writing this on behalf of my Life Coach, Carolyn Reynolds.

One tool that we have been using is the book, "Conversations on Purpose for Women" by Dr. Katie Brazelton. We have discussed and shared experiences revolving around the many poignant topics covered in this book. It has been very effective in helping me to examine my life, and the many choices that I have made, and continue to make.

Another tool that Carolyn uses is herself. She invites God to use her as His vessel. Carolyn clearly has a heart for God, and for women. These two traits are transparent. She shares her gifts of affirmation, encouragement, and motivation. She reinforces my strengths, and lovingly allows me to discover character traits that I might want to consider changing. The key word here is "lovingly." She has purposed to be with me through the good and bad times.

She is trustworthy, with a heart that is sincere, and her prayers are always abundant. Knowing her has made me a better person. She truly is a walking, talking, and humble servant for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
